Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRF2BPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IRF2BPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8D2, OR2W5, and XAGE5. Each is linked with IRF2BPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF2BPL-to-partner and partner-to-IRF2BPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8D2 grouped by IRF2BPL-low versus IRF2BPL-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF2BPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF2BPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
