IRF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,844 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR10, APOBEC3D, and FCMR. Each is linked with IRF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF2-to-partner and partner-to-IRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IRF2 versus TLR10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
