IRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR206, RN7SL465P, and RNU6-1137P. Each is linked with IRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF1-to-partner and partner-to-IRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR206 grouped by IRF1-low versus IRF1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
