IRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52B2. Each is linked with IRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF1-to-partner and partner-to-IRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52B2 grouped by IRF1-low versus IRF1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
