IREB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IREB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,139 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IREB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1305P, PANK4, and FDXR. Each is linked with IREB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IREB2-to-partner and partner-to-IREB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1305P grouped by IREB2-low versus IREB2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IREB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IREB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
