IRAK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRAK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,554 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRH1, FOSL1, and IL15RA. Each is linked with IRAK2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRAK2-to-partner and partner-to-IRAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IRAK2 versus HRH1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
