Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IRAK1BP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IRAK1BP1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IRAK1BP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IRAK1BP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and PRAD are the cancer types where IRAK1BP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
