IRAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-7, CEP41, and GOT1. Each is linked with IRAG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRAG2-to-partner and partner-to-IRAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-7 grouped by IRAG2-low versus IRAG2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
