IRAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, eEF2, and ERK2. Each is linked with IRAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRAG1-to-partner and partner-to-IRAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by IRAG1-low versus IRAG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
