IRAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51A, H2BW1, and PROP1. Each is linked with IRAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRAG1-to-partner and partner-to-IRAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXorf51A grouped by IRAG1-low versus IRAG1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
