IQSEC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQSEC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Chk1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with IQSEC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC3-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by IQSEC3-low versus IQSEC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
