IQSEC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQSEC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,054 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, RBBP8, and KCTD9. Each is linked with IQSEC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC2-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by IQSEC2-low versus IQSEC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
