IQSEC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQSEC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 314 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, A3GALT2, and SLC32A1. Each is linked with IQSEC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC2-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG1B grouped by IQSEC2-low versus IQSEC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
