IQSEC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQSEC2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,268 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLI2, CACNA1H, and SLC26A8. Each is linked with IQSEC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC2-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLI2 grouped by IQSEC2-low versus IQSEC2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
