IQSEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQSEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,996 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-129P, HELLS, and RNU6-1067P. Each is linked with IQSEC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC1-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-129P grouped by IQSEC1-low versus IQSEC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
