IQSEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQSEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, mTOR_pS2448, and PCNA. Each is linked with IQSEC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC1-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by IQSEC1-low versus IQSEC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
