IQSEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQSEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-1, FAM205A, and KRTAP5-6. Each is linked with IQSEC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC1-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-1 grouped by IQSEC1-low versus IQSEC1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
