IQGAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, CCL13, and PRR23A. Each is linked with IQGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-IQGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FHL5 grouped by IQGAP2-low versus IQGAP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
