IQGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,667 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, TMEM106A, and HEXIM1. Each is linked with IQGAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-IQGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by IQGAP1-low versus IQGAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
