IQCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLRMT, CCL4, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with IQCN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCN-to-partner and partner-to-IQCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLRMT grouped by IQCN-low versus IQCN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
