Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,837 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Regulation of TORC1 signaling, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with IQCN in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCN-to-partner and partner-to-IQCN results are reported.
