Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IQCJ-SCHIP1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IQCJ-SCHIP1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher IQCJ-SCHIP1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IQCJ-SCHIP1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CESC show a favorable association.

ESCA, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where IQCJ-SCHIP1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
