Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FoxM1, and PCNA. Each is linked with IQCG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCG-to-partner and partner-to-IQCG results are reported.
