IQCG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP7 and CR1. Each is linked with IQCG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCG-to-partner and partner-to-IQCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP7 grouped by IQCG-low versus IQCG-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
