Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,759 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, tRNA metabolic process, and Methylation. Each is linked with IQCF3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCF3-to-partner and partner-to-IQCF3 results are reported.
