IQCF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, p21, and Ku80. Each is linked with IQCF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCF3-to-partner and partner-to-IQCF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by IQCF3-low versus IQCF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
