Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IQCF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IQCF2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher IQCF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IQCF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LGG and SKCM are the cancer types where IQCF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
