IQCF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BICC1, PCDHA5, and PTPRC. Each is linked with IQCF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCF2-to-partner and partner-to-IQCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
