IQCE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,590 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRKBP1, C18orf25, and SKA1. Each is linked with IQCE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCE-to-partner and partner-to-IQCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPRKBP1 grouped by IQCE-low versus IQCE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
