IPPK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, SRIP1, and ZMYND10-AS1. Each is linked with IPPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPPK-to-partner and partner-to-IPPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by IPPK-low versus IPPK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
