IPPK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRA8, PRSS37, and TEX46. Each is linked with IPPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPPK-to-partner and partner-to-IPPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STRA8 grouped by IPPK-low versus IPPK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
