IPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,957 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM47DP, RN7SL22P, and NAMPTP2. Each is linked with IPP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPP-to-partner and partner-to-IPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
