Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO8P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,427 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO8P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBP2P2, EIF4HP1, and HNRNPKP4. Each is linked with IPO8P1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO8P1-to-partner and partner-to-IPO8P1 results are reported.
