IPO5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,911 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF145, MIR8081, and CAMTA2. Each is linked with IPO5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO5-to-partner and partner-to-IPO5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF145 grouped by IPO5-low versus IPO5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
