IPO5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, OR9K2, and GAGE12F. Each is linked with IPO5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO5-to-partner and partner-to-IPO5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP5 grouped by IPO5-low versus IPO5-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
