The most reproducible IPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eIF4E. Each is linked with IPO4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO4-to-partner and partner-to-IPO4 results are reported.
