Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,342 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, NOP9, and HNRNPM. Each is linked with IPO4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO4-to-partner and partner-to-IPO4 results are reported.
