Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,353 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IPO4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), rRNA 5'-end processing, and Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with IPO4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO4-to-partner and partner-to-IPO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
