IPO13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,862 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPCS, CAMSAP3_S685, and CTPS1. Each is linked with IPO13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO13-to-partner and partner-to-IPO13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IPO13 versus PPCS in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO13→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
