IPO13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,373 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH3, MAP7, and YRDC. Each is linked with IPO13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO13-to-partner and partner-to-IPO13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IPO13 versus RSPH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO13→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
