IPO11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,087 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRS, GRHPR, and CYSTM1. Each is linked with IPO11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO11-to-partner and partner-to-IPO11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADPRS grouped by IPO11-low versus IPO11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO11→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
