IPO11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPO11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 542 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO11-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL5, ARGFX, and TBC1D3H. Each is linked with IPO11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO11-to-partner and partner-to-IPO11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOL5 grouped by IPO11-low versus IPO11-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO11→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
