IPMK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPMK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPMK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDT1, KARS1, and MIR6854. Each is linked with IPMK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPMK-to-partner and partner-to-IPMK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDT1 grouped by IPMK-low versus IPMK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPMK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPMK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
