IPMK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPMK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPMK-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR2E1, ZNF831, and GJA10. Each is linked with IPMK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPMK-to-partner and partner-to-IPMK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NR2E1 grouped by IPMK-low versus IPMK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPMK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPMK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
