IPCEF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPCEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,188 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPCEF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNG11, ALYREF, and HSPA12B. Each is linked with IPCEF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPCEF1-to-partner and partner-to-IPCEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IPCEF1 versus GNG11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPCEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPCEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
