Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01281, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP416. Each is linked with INTS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS9-to-partner and partner-to-INTS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01281 grouped by INTS9-low versus INTS9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
