INTS9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with INTS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS9-to-partner and partner-to-INTS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by INTS9-low versus INTS9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
