INTS9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,310 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPO7, ESCO2, and TRIM35. Each is linked with INTS9 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS9-to-partner and partner-to-INTS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS9 versus XPO7 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
