INTS9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2CD5, MOGAT1, and GNMT. Each is linked with INTS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS9-to-partner and partner-to-INTS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2CD5 grouped by INTS9-low versus INTS9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
