INTS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with INTS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS7-to-partner and partner-to-INTS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by INTS7-low versus INTS7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
